I had high hopes. The way the photos were taken and the way the necklace was presented in the listing made it appear substantial, and bold. It might have been the closeups. Once I received it, it felt small, flimsy and underwhelming in the hands. Something about how small and thin it is almost conveys the idea that perhaps this came out of a plastic pod in a trinket dispenser that you'd see at a mall or grocery store. Please note that this is advertised as a "choker" necklace. The necklace feels short and somewhat snug around the neck. If you are expecting something long, heavy or bold, you will be disappointed.The chain is also thin and feels like it could break easily, and it is somewhat difficult to fit the clasp onto the rings at the end of the necklace. It would have been much better to enlarge these rings for an easier closure, and/or to enlarge the necklace itself.I almost think it would be better for someone who buys this to consider converting it into a bracelet if they can figure out how, pairing it with other necklaces, or breaking it apart and creating earrings from it, if they can figure out how. On its own, it's a bit underwhelming as a choker, or a gift, but maybe someone who has minimalist tastes could appreciate it.

So so pretty. This is the best piece of jewelry I have ever ordered off of amazon. Absolutely no tarnishing and the two pieces never tangle together because the fishbone chain is basically impossible to tangle. I receive so many compliments on this and absolutely adore it. Highly highly recommend!

Not a fan. Expected the diamond pendant to be seen straight forward as shown in first picture of the listing but it hangs facing downwards as shown in the model photos. Wish the first picture depicted this.
