I really love these! I have longer hair that tends to cover stud earrings, and these earrings are long enough to be seen. They are highly lustrous; I have a strand of Akoya pearls that I purchased independently several years ago from a jeweler, and wear the necklace and earrings as a set. While the match is not exact side-by-side, it is close enough to look really stunning when I wear the pieces together. The clasp is sturdy; I don't see myself losing an earring! The gold wire itself has kept its shape...has not bent out of shape, which was a concern when I first saw them online. That and fears the pearl would come loose and fall off. I can happily report neither has happened since I purchased these little over a month ago. And the earrings themselves are very lightweight, which is a welcome relief. Some dangling earrings of this type tend to pull the earlobes down, which creates a bit of pain. Not these! I can wear them for extended periods without having to remove them because of lobe discomfort. In addition to wearing them with a necklace, I have worn the earrings alone--at work (business casual), and even to dress-up jeans a bit. Pearls are very versatile. All in all, a really nice deal. And I'm satisfied enough to consider buying another pair for a close friend.

When these earrings came, a friend took them from delivery and brought them to me. I opened the package and found a beautiful gift box. I opened the box to find these earrings. We were both stunned at the way light seemed to come from the pearls! These earrings are truly classic and classy. We placed the similar earrings that I was wearing (not inexpensive, I told my friend) next to the Pearl Source earrings and we could not believe the difference. These Akoya pearls have a perfect luster and are perfectly shaped; they are exquisite pearls in a pretty, but sturdy setting. Overall they look lovely and sophisticated. I hope my gift recipient will enjoy them. She wanted something to last her 20 years but I'm not sure these will as the wires are very thin and fragile. And the 14k white gold is not very shiny as if perhaps rhodium was not applied. (A little nervous that the white gold was created with nickel amalgam and she'll have an allergic reaction without rhodium plating.) The pearls - a bit smaller than I expected as I paid for largest - are a bit pink hued but not horribly so. Again, overall they look nice. Just kinda worried about longevity.

I bought these earnings as a birthday gift for my adult daughter and she loves them, as do I! They arrived before they were scheduled to, packaged in a nice gift box and the earnings themselves are very pretty. These earnings seem to be well made,not flimsy in the least. They can be worn for dress up or to add a little elegance to casual dress, very feminine looking. I own a pair in yellow gold which my daughter has admired them for along time so now she has her own to enjoy.

I purchased these pearls because I need to replace a pair I lost. I was looking for high quality without the fuss of the stud, or the ones with the screw on backs. I saw these and jumped on them. When they arrived they were a tad smaller than I'd hoped but they had great luster and we incredibly delicate, which I loved. When I put them on they felt weightless in my ears and the gold faster felt sturdy so I want concerned about losing one.This was a pretty good experience. I will definitely purchase again.
