I had a problem with my order; their resolution, to my satisfaction, rates a 10(+). I have ordered a lot of these ceramic rings online - so comfortable and fairly easy maintenance. However, this "pink"-ceramic-band ring looks nothing like the photo under the listing. It appears as peach in tone, under some lighting/a faintly-hued pink/a barely-there pink. Unless it is stacked with a ring of a different color, it lacks oomph(!) in presence. The ring I received is 3mm wide (matching one part of the listing and a plus), but it has a very light-brown-blemish line when these rings should be one color through and through with absolutely no imperfections. Also, not true to size. I ordered a size 10, and it measures 10.5 (🤦).
