This is surprisingly sturdy. The chain is also of very high quality. The cross is fairly large and the chain is long. But, I would rather have to shorten the chain than to have it be too short. It's a very shiny stainless steel which is really the best metal for me. You won’t be disappointed. Would make a great gift.

I own a lot of stainless steel jewelry. The pendant is highly polished and substantial, but not substantial enough to be heavy. The included chain, in my opinion, is a little too chunky for somewhat delicate look of the pendant. I put the pendant on a 3mm cuban link chain that I already had and it's perfect.
