These are overall just poor quality. A few of the extra ends had imperfections on the threads that kept me from screwing them on. Additionally, one of them was so poorly made that it snapped off inside the ring when I was trying to put it on, so I can no longer wear the black ring. I would avoid these in the future and go to a more reputable website to buy your jewelry. It's not worth the money.

This pack is great, but it’s a bit short if that makes sense. Also some of the “ends” aline weird, like the star, it screws on and makes it sideways. Same with the heart, it doesn’t go forward when screwed on all the way. Other than that they’re pretty cute

I often have trouble getting the balls to my jewelry on my nose and typically resort to my boyfriend putting them on. I am able to screw these ones on even with my long nails and they stay in place and dont fall off. The stars are super cute! My new go to septum jewelry!

I got these for the spiky black ring, but honestly now I like having the options to change it when I’m in a softer mood. They’re a little awkward to put in at first but once they’re in they’re secure and don’t need constant tightening like I felt my other rings did.

I was really excited at first to be able to try them on, the shapes of the ends were cute and they looked nice! Unfortunately when it came to unscrewing one of the hearts, the screw part broke and basically got stuck in the nose ring... I couldn't even use a different screw part in there because the opening was completely blocked. I wasn't expecting something high end, but I never thought it would break the second I opened it. And to top it all off, the black one, the color came off the second I put it on, and then took off. So then I tried to use the other nose ring.... and none of the attachments fit. Probably pass on this listing, because it was pretty faulty and won't last you for very long.

I was pretty excited about trying the star fittings on my septum even though my first thought when I saw them was “that seems like it might be pokey..” Yep, sure is pokey. So that was a no.But I could not for the life of me unscrew the stars once they were on. It was a massive pain to get the threads to line up to put them on in first place but that’s body jewelry(Still better than fighting a captured ball)But I couldn’t get them loose without hurting myself and it’s not like I used pliers to tighten them on!I gave up and left it in, went to work and then it promptly vanished after blowing my nose once. I found one of the stars on the floor later in the day but the ring has yet to resurface.Probably cursed.
