I've had my belly button peirced for 13 years and in all my years never had a metal cause issues in my peircing. I had this in for 4 days and it swelled up and got infected. My body immediately rejected whatever this is made from. Waste of my money. Won't mention I had to use needle nose pliers to remove it because it's so hard to open. I would give no stars if I could.

These are perfect for activities like rock climbing or anything that you don't want worry about your belly ring getting caught on and ripped out. I had one fall out without me noticing during one of these events where otherwise it could have ripped out with a normal ring which would have been painful.
