I recommend reading all of them before you decide which one to get. I wear my 2 all the time. With the saying on the inside, only you know what it says. Then you choose who to share it with. Otherwise it is a sturdy, yet flexible enough to open it to fit your wrist. It’s sleek & beautiful. When I’m having a difficult day, I need only to look at my wrist & say to myself the secret saying it holds.Great inexpensive gift gift too. Great for white elephant parties & stocking stuffers too. If a friend is going through a difficult time, read through & see which one fits the situation. It will be uplifting to them & depending on which one you choose, will bring a chuckle to them as well!
