Better than expected. Wearing the gold stud with the black flexible back. The gold stud hasn't lost color yet and it's stayed in well. In the two or three weeks of constant wear, it has popped out once and it was mostly avoidable (while eating). I didn't lose the ball, though, that could have been luck. I take my pack of extras with me at all times, however. Finally, the flexible bit does not click against my teeth which is my main purpose in buying this and it is an added bonus that they come on and off pretty gracefully. I could see how they might be a little snug on some people but usually that is the case with me and these actually fit pretty well. Perhaps it is the flexibility of the jewlery. There was a period of adjustment to it, however, prior to the labret, I was wearing a loop, and that could have contributed to that. The back of the labret has not dug into my skin and made a new home there. All in all, worked for me.

They are exactly what you think you’d be getting. The balls are pretty small but there’s nothing wrong with that. I love them.

I've been using these since I got my snake bites they are cute. This is my second pack ordered in about 2 years. Just be careful with eating and stuff because I've lost a few of these just because I'm so rough. I just wish these had an all silver ball pack.

Most of the black ones were bent when I received them, can’t use them. The others have such sharp edges on the backing they cut into your lip if you wear them for very long. Not a good product.

The ball tends to fall out of the post. If you accidentally bend the post they will no longer work. I stopped wearing these because the ball kept falling out of the post.

Absolutely love these. I used to get sore around my Monroe piercing occasionally even with stainless steel, but I've been wearing these for 6+ months now and haven't had a single issue at all! These are like magic! Even the length is better than anything else I've used. I wish they all came with clear bases, though.

I have the side of my lip pierced and use these.. they are so much more comfortable than metal. And if it hits my lip it doesn’t make a horrible sound or have the cringey metal on porcelain sound.

I probably have order several push top piercings and they all were cheap and broke, one order I lost 2 piercings less than an hour due to the push tops not fitting. Not these! These all worked and they look good and was just right size for the width of my lips as well.
