I wanted a mala necklace with a crystal to wear on a daily basis and I thought this would be perfect. While it arrived quickly and well packed, upon opening it, I was disappointed to see how large and bulky the crystal is. No doubt in my mind, it's definitely real. I was able to carefully open the bale and remove the crystal from the necklace and exchange it for a tree of life pendant I already have that is considerably shorter. I'll wear the crystal on another chain. Over all, it's very pretty and the beads could be worn without a pendant.
