It took me three times to finally get a nice bracelet. The first one, the strings were so twisted I couldn’t get it to lay flat; returned. Second order same issue with strings but this time the stones were dull and off color; returned. Third times a charm! Very pleased with third (and final) order. Vibrant stones and the strings adjust well and lay flat. For anyone with a small wrist, I have a very tiny wrist, and think this cinches smaller than stated in the description. I like to wear mine tight and this one is perfect.

Sometimes during the holiday season packages arrive looking as if they have been circulating for a month. I was delighted and surprised when my bracelet arrived early. Not only did it arrive early, it was packaged in a padded envelope with no tears or gouging. Upon opening the envelope I found a sealed gift box with crisp corners. I opened the sealed clear plastic, then opened the box. What I found inside was a padded lid for protection, and a beautiful black velvet bag holding the contents of my purchase. After untying the velvet bag, I found my bracelet. It looked just like the one pictured on Amazon's page. I was able the easily figure out how to increase and decrease the size to fit my wrist. I have worn it everyday since. I love the detail and thought that went into the quality of the bracelet. I also love the detail, packaging, and timeliness of the delivery. I will absolutely purchase items from this customer service focused vendor again. A+

It seems to be made well but the interesting bead shapes do not show up well because it doesn’t have the vibrant colors as the others in pictures. Got it for the bead shapes but they don’t show up well.My mistake-that isn’t a second bracelet in pics-it’s the ties!
