It's so cute. But it just looks like a ring with balled ends unless you're close up. The other colors seen to be more defined in shape.

This was a super cute Valentines septum jewelry piece but when I needed to change it, I couldn't unscrew the heart. I ended up using hemostats and warping the metal heart so badly that I threw it away after I finally wrangled it from my nose.

Writing a review after wearing this straight for month. I’m super bad with cheap materials and stuff turning green… but I have not had any issues with sensitivity and discoloration. I love it. My one wish is that it was hanging lower and bit bigger hearts. Would def buy again!

Im not sure i loved it to begin with, im very clumsy and the heart is so small it was hard to get on aside from that i feel you can hardly tell its a heart. in the end i had to throw it out when it began to turn green and irritate my piercing. glad its gone its only 10 bucks but worst 10 ive ever spent
