My neck is super sensitive to costume jewelry that it becomes very itch and starts making my neck discolored and this HAS NOT turned colors or made me feel itchy. I like this chain because it is dainty, yet sturdy. You can add a pendant for added beauty or wear it as is. This is a great little chain for yourself, a child or somewhere in between. It has a 3" extender (as pictured). It comes in various lengths, so they have one to suit your wants or needs.

I've been wearing this necklace quite regularly ever since I purchased it, and I am so happy to say that the gold finish has not tarnished or worn off (which is rare for fake gold jewelry)! I would say that the color is slightly darker in person than it is in the photos, which I actually prefer.Both chains are durable and very well made. The larger chain naturally lays flat on my chest without twisting, which is amazing, and I've gotten many compliments. The only negative thing about this necklace (and the reason I knocked a star off) is that my hair always gets tangled up in the clasp. I'm not sure what it is about this particular necklace that does this, as I don't have this issue with my other necklaces. This definitely isn't a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I originally purchased this cute necklace for myself, I absolutely love it!! It's not your usual type of chain, such as the Figaro, the box chain. I fell head over heels! But I am going to gift it to my niece instead, it's a little snug and I am not one to wear chokers or anything confining on the neck!! But guarantee that I will be looking to get this in a longer length!!

Amazingly worth every cent! The quality of this chain was more than I expected. I wore it, slept with it, and showered with it for a straight week no signs of tarnishing, no rash, and most of all did not turn my neck green. I will definetly purchase more items.

This necklace/chocker came packaged very nicely in a very cute box. It is super slim and nice. I have mine buckled a little tighter than it’s intended to go because I used the little rectangle to hook into. I’m very excited about it. It’s not come off since I got it in the mail. Def recommend if your wanting a simple but cute choker/necklace.

I’m not too confident it’s plated with real gold. In my experience, anything with real gold is stamped and noted if it’s plated or solid. I see no such stamp. The color is also slightly more yellow/darker than my other 14k plated jewelry as seen in my review photo. But for the price, whether it’s real or not, I’ve been wearing it now for a week straight including in the shower. Not seeing any concerning tarnishing or discoloration. It’s super lightweight and looks nice to layer with other pieces. So overall I’d say it’s a nice addition to my jewelry box. I just can’t confidently say it’s real gold plated as the description states. I’m also not an expert so only going off my own observations and comparisons.
