I love these bracelets! Cause they have give. As an older woman, my ankles swell. I never have to take these off, when my ankles swell. They expand, they do not stop my circulation. I honestly do not feel them on my ankles. I enjoy the different colors. I live in a beach community. Non-stop summer, nice to accent the ankles. Even nicer when ankles are swollen, they cover the swelling. They come in all these different colors, I love beads. I love the pull string, cause they adjust. I have been searching, I search no longer! I have pink, baby blue, and the purple! I even can put socks over them, and I do not even feel them under my socks. I give these bracelets an A+++++
