This is nice, but is described as a solid wood stand. Only the base is wood. The cone is very thin & hollow, formed out of thick paper? not as sturdy as cardboard. Very, very flimsy. Very over priced. It comes in a sturdy little box that is a smidgeon too small for the stand so the point of the cone is slightly smashed (about 1/4th inch) from being forced into a box too small. The mailing box was made of much sturdier stuff so actually damaged the product. Can't say this enough- wayyyy over priced. Will need to be handled very delicately in order to last any amount of time.
