I wrapped a small piece of scotch tape around the pins before inserting them into the wood base and it fits more snugly and is more sturdy. A simple solution to a minor issue! Easier to use than other organizers I've bought. You can easily put the backs on and off of stud earrings.

Love this! It’s definitely sturdy and easy to assemble (just two parts) i wanted something to show & organize my fun unique earrings that i buy from small businesses. This is perfect it doesn’t take up alot of space and doesn’t clash with other decor in my otherwise heavily decorated room. Its shown next to a standard paper back box set for scale.* did sand one metal corner because the paint was rough there, but its was truly a tiny flaw*
