Hard plastic material. Used primarily for rings. Not really intended for necklaces. Works well for rings. (This can tip over if over loaded and bumped) Works best with just a handful of rings, looks nice

It’s actually a nice product the issue is how it’s packaged. It came chipped. The replacement came chipped as well. No protective materials.
