This doesn’t clean as well as the conventional jewelry cleaners, so it’s best for routine cleanings. If you have something that needs a heavy duty cleaning, this won’t help. But this is great for just routine maintenance of your jewelry.

I like all of Grandma’s cleaners and her jewelry cleaner is great. I use it everyday on my wedding rings, just spray it on, I use a soft toothbrush and clean under running water for 30 seconds and I’m good to go.

I bought this to remove tarnish from my sterling silver. It did not work for that. It did however clean and shine my 14k gold and diamond ring beautifully. Smells VERY strong. Made me gag a bit. I would not repurchase this. Sorry granny.

I have collected and inherited jewelry including sterling, gold, platinum, diamond and gemstones and have literally tried everything to get the best possible look. I have made many homemade concoctions with good results and even have a jewelry steamer to get rid of oils and soils. I ordered this product along with a metal cream and polishing attachment for my Dremel and haven't had to use that. Grandma's secret makes diamonds sparkle, cleans years of tarnish off vintage gold and even brightened my vintage platinum wedding rings to new condition with a simple spray, rinse and then a quick dry and polish with a two part jewelers polishing cloth from Amazon. For the small price get more enjoyment from my jewelry and this would make a thoughtful gift. The only downsides are a smell similar to amonia which may be an ingredient and it will dry your skin a bit in use so use lotion afterwards Also be sure NOT to use this on any of the soft gemstones listed as will cause damage - for your diamond, moissanite and cubic zirconia rings nothing else will bring out the sparkle except a sonic cleaner but then you risk the loss of stones from the vibration. This will stay on my subscribe and save list and wish I tried this sooner!

I followed instructions, didn't work, I did it second time, didn't work. It barely removed the darkest spots on a silver 1" Bali ball, then it leaves everything else intact. I tried it on a square silver chain, waited a bit, scrubbed it and nothing came off. When I sprayed it first time, the femes were so strong I was choking coughing. I recommend for those that use this spray to wear a mask. I wanted something non toxic but this is not the product I can trust.
