I wanted a closed jewelry box to leave in the bathroom and by the kitchen sink so I can safely removed and store engagement ring while I clean, do dishes and shower. This is the perfect size and is sturdy. I wanted something other than a ring dish because we have a cat who plays with anything and everything! I just place the ring in the box, I don’t use the little tab at the bottom to hold it up. I like that it’s lined so nothing will scratch or get damaged. I have a few throughout the house!

I was a bit worried ordering this box since it didn’t have any reviews, but I’m pleasantly surprised by this little box. The velvet is clean, the blue is a great color, and the box is well put together with no wobble in the hinge. I put a size 6 ring with a .5 carat stone in to show just how small this box is, but I like the size a lot. You could hide this box very well if that’s what you’re going for.

Bought it to hold my husband's wedding ring for portability and travel. This is the right small size, and his chunky ring fits well in it.

This is a very nice box but the retainer for holding the jewelry is just a strip of metal that doesn’t bend too well or wrap tightly. The ring I wanted to place in the box did not stand up for display. It fell over and laid nearly flat when she opened it.
