I have been needing something to contain and organize all my junk jewelry (costume jewelry - whatever you wanna call it) and I have finally found it! There is so much room with several drawers, little compartments, places for earrings, necklaces, and on and on it goes! There is so much room in here - I don’t think I could ever fill it!It arrived carefully packaged and in one piece with no assembly required. The outside is made of pleather (fake leather) with a handle at the top. The lid on top has a mirror on the underside, and opens to reveal several compartments of various sizes within. The top two little drawers in the center of the box have two separate compartments in each, while the second two little drawers are just one compartment each. The drawer in the very bottom is one large drawer that is the entire length and width of the box itself and consists of one large compartment. The door on the left opens to a place for rings, and the door on the right opens to a place for earrings. (What’s a little odd about this section on the right is that the earring holes are 3 in a row instead of 2 or 4 in a row. Not a huge deal, though because there are more places for earrings to come.). Behind this earring door and on the right side of the box itself are two more drawers. The first drawer opens to a place to hang necklaces. My necklaces are a little long and so I put the ends of them in the pouch just under the hooks. I think the pouch was placed there just for this purpose. Behind that side drawer, the second side drawer has a place for more earrings and even a hidden compartment within for whatever else you may want to place in there.I would absolutely recommend this as a gift for someone that needs some jewelry organization in their life, or if you, yourself, are the one in need of organizing. It’s not cheap at all, or tacky. It’s very well made, and a product that demands to be taken seriously. I really can’t say enough about it - it is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with this item.
