I have purchased other pieces from this collection, and I've been very pleased. HOWEVER, this bracelet, though pretty, has TWO PROBLEMS. The first is that IT SHOULD BE LISTED AS FOR A CHILD, AS IT IS SO VERY SMALL IN DIAMETER. Even though I am a plus sized lady, my wrists are VERY SMALL, CHILD SIZED WRISTS. And even with my small wrists, the bracelet JUST FITS, though I have to undo the clasp and MANEUVER IT ON. It is much too small to slide it over my hands. The SECOND problem is the CLASP ITSELF, and the reason I DO NOT SUGGEST IT FOR A CHILD. The HOOK shaped part IS SHARP and because it sticks out somewhat, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CATCHES ON IT. ANYTHING THAT YOUR WRIST BRUSHES OR COMES INTO CONTACT WITH IS LIABLE TO CATCH ON THAT HOOK. In summary, this bracelet is very pretty, too small for most everyone over the age of 4 and possess a hazardous hook closure. There are other bracelets in this collection, which are even prettier and have a nice safe clasp.

I really like the bracelet and the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that it is almost too small to get on my wrist and I have small wrists. I feel like I will break it after putting it on and off a number of times. It seems better suited for a child due to it's size. I will probably keep it and take my chances that it won't break for a while but it is really small.
