This is more like 18 gauge not 20. It’s so tight putting this in. Feels like I’m stretching out my piercing just putting it in. Then it hurts for a day or two. I’ve had my piercing for about 20 years now. It is on the long side as well. I wouldn’t mind that if it wasn’t so thick. It is pretty. I bought two of them, and I most likely won’t wear them.
