I really like the quality of these nose bone studs. I wear them in my tragus. This is my second pair. I recently purchased the 14k moissanite nose screw studs and love those as well. Moissanite is a synthetic, man made diamond with many of the same properties as natural ones. Couple that with them being 14k, it’s a great product at a very good price. They are 12mm which works great for me. I do wear them in my tragus, though, and not my nose.
