Jewelry Care1 4k Yellow, Rose and White Gold Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water in a bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush (like a baby tooth brush) to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth. You can also use a polishing cloth for extra shine and to remove any tarnish. (Sometimes 14k gold can tarnish a bit - particularly on earrings and the inside of rings - depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a very easy fix.) |

This bracelet is beautiful and carries the appearance of being a quality piece of jewelry. However, on the first day of wearing, it began unraveling and would cost more than I paid to be fixed by a jeweler. Do not be fooled - this is a cheap, poorly made bracelet and you can definitely find better options out there. I am sorely disappointed that someone would bother to sell something so cheaply made. I will not be recommending this seller or this item ever.

Follow on review:After the folks at Jewelry Affairs read my earlier review they contacted me with the offer of replacing the defective bracelet. I accepted their offer, they provided pre-paid return postage and once they received my bracelet they mailed out a replacement priority mail.This bracelet's clasp was not broken when received and to-date the bracelet has not separated from the clasp.Due to their unsolicited offer to replace the bracelet I have changed their rating to a 3. As others have stated the bracelet is smaller than it looks and the quality is not what I expected, however they did work to provide a replacement in a timely manner.Previous Review:I was so dissapointed in the quality of this bracelet. It truly is a piece of cr&&p! The chain is acceptable but the clasp is the quality of a toy bracelet. First the alligator clasp won't close, second the FIRST time she put the bracelet on the eye end of the clasp just fell off. It was not even attached to the bracelet. Rendering this Christmas gift worthless. Now I am going to have to take it to a jeweler to get a proper clasp. DON'T buy this piece of junk!
