I recommend taking out a ruler to make sure you understand what 10mm in diameter would look like. For the average adult, these are huggies, meaning they are meant to touch the bottom of the earlobe during wear with no space between the interior of the hoop and the earlobe. If that's the style you want, 10mm is usually the best guess for your piercing-to-earlobe distance. The hoops are quite thin, so they may seem fragile at first, or you may be concerned the clasp is not reliable. However, once you have them on, you'll note that they are quite secure. Overall, these were exactly what I wanted/expected, and I'm very pleased. I've worn nonstop for a few weeks without any issues with the clasp, etc. Very comfortable. Photos show these (far right) with a pair of 8mm hoops and a pair of 6mm hoops against a metric ruler, and worn with the 8mm hoops in the second hole.

The size of the earrings are a joke to be classified as for a woman. So small, they should be listed for a child/baby.

These are very pretty and extremely dainty. However, they are way smaller than I thought they would be. They are indeed 10k, and are super comfortable to wear. I was concerned about the hing catch close mechanism; I wasn't too sure how secure they were. Secure enough that I had to get my husband to help me get one of them off! Great go with jewelry and priced accordingly. I included a picture, not so much of the detail, because I think they described it well; but more to show the size.

I like the look of these, sparkly and a good size for a second hole in the ear, kinda small for the main hole. But overall perfect.

I returned this product. The clasps didn’t lock shut. They are also really tiny. Almost didn’t fit over my ear lobes
