True, the chain is dainty...but dainty doesn't mean poor quality. I've worn this necklace daily for a week and had no issues. The first day I caught it on my ring and I thought it would break for sure, but it was fine. One day I wore it with a second necklace that had a heavier chain. The chains twisted together, but it came out unscathed.It was shipped in a large black box with a padded insert.EDIT: 8/24/16 - Last week the chain broke where it connects to the pendant on one side. I'm very sad as I wore this necklace almost daily. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to repair it even though I've made jewelry and have several tools.

I had been wanting an infinity shaped necklace for some time but a lot were cheap or cheesy looking, found this on a lightning deal and couldn't be more pleased, it is a perfect size and is great quality. Looks great with all kinds of outfits and earrings. I tend to tarnish cheap jewelry so sterling silver is important to me. I am very glad I waited to get this necklace instead of settling for something cheaper that wouldn't last as long.

When I pulled the product out of the envelope I was instantly disappointed that the chain didn't come in a jewelry box. I saw the pendent and was very impressed but the chain had already broken from the clasp the first time I picked it up. I don't know if it's from the shipping, lack of box, or just cheap manufacturing, but this product will be sent back tomorrow.

A received multiple compliments on the necklace. A couple people thought it was gold and asked if there was a special occasion for the new piece. Definitely worth the money.

As others have stated, the necklace is very pretty, although the diamonds don't sparkle so much. Gave it as Valentines present to my girlfriend and she loved it. The only problem I see is the chain. Its very hard for her to put on her own, she usually ask for help. The chain is very short and thin and looks like it will probably break if you don't treat it with the out most care

I bought this for a special occasion for my wife and she loved it! I can see where people had an issue with the chain but for a small pendant like this the chain seems the right size and if taken care of properly can probably last a while. The box it came in was also extremely nice and added a wonderful touch when I presented it to my wife. Very nice and shiny!

I am always looking for simple and classic necklaces that I can wear everyday with my jeans and tee's. This is so cute! Very nice quality. I got it on the lightening deal but even at the regular price this necklace is a bargain. I also bought the wishbone one which I love just as much!

Very pretty!! It is very nice for the price. However, if you want it to hang lower, get an extender. It hit right at my collar bone, so I needed an extra inch or so.
