They are almost perfectly round. The pearls are large, any larger than this and your girl (unless she was over 6 feet) will look silly with giants balls around her neck. Variations between pearls is unnoticeable without a magnifying glass . Yes, they are real. One of the necklace strands is about an inch shorter than the other. They could be worn together or separate. Perfect white, not off color. They look great.
