I spent quite a bit of time selecting this watch. I logged in many hours scouring the internet looking for the perfect watch and then I found the Jorg Gray 6500 and my search was over. Initially I was a little bit concerned about the size of the watch that perhaps it would be a little bit too big. I'm a large person and I don't particularly like big watches and after watching some videos on youtube of this watch I still felt worried that it was too big but I ordered it anyway because I liked it so much. It arrived yesterday and I must say that it is perfect, it is not too big at all. It is just what I've been looking for and best of all its the same watch that our wonderful president wears! Don't think twice about ordering this one.

I like the classy and simple look of the Jorg Gray. I will call the watch exquisite and it looks very solid. It is a bargain buy at the price it is going for. The included pen was also a pleasant surprise. However, the wrist strap is a bit too short and I will like a longer strap. I am currently using the last slot in the strap to get a fairly loose fit. I have to pull real hard to make the second slot. Having said that, the packaging makes for an excellent gift or present.

I had been thinking about getting this watch for the past couple of years. When my Elvis watch (Hamilton Ventura) stopped working, I went ahead and took the leap. I wish I had got it earlier. Looks great, it's fun to have a similar watch to what the President wears, keeps perfect time. The inset red second hand looks good on the black dial. Unlike some watches with a black dial, this one is easy to read. I don't consider this a cheap watch at $300+. A $30 watch is a cheap watch. Certainly, it looks better than a lot of watches that cost much more. If you like it, I would say go ahead and order one. By the way, if you're not an Obama fan, you can still have the same watch a lot of secret service agents wear.

Where to begin with this watch... I'd like to preface this by saying that I love timepieces. I've been an enthusiast ever since I was a little kid and I purchased this watch with the hopes that I'd found a nice, classy watch to wear along with more formal outfits.When I first received it in the mail, I loved it! The look, feel, and overall style of the watch was great; however, it only took a month or so for me to start noticing problems.The first thing that happened was little scratches on the watch face, despite the fact that I don't use the watch for any rugged activities (rucking, running, work, etc.); okay, I could deal with a few small scratches, that's fine.About a week after the scratches appeared, I noticed that the chronometer second hand was loose, meaning that it would jiggle slightly left and right when it was in the resting 0 seconds position. After gentle use, the seconds hand became somewhat dislodged... I figured this was the result of poor craftsmanship but, again, I figured I could deal with it since it didn't affect the actual functionality of the watch...All of this leads up to about two months ago, when the watch began losing time at random increments (10-15 minutes at a time, the watch would just stop... then continue running). On top of that, the chronometer only works half the time now, randomly spazzing out and resetting to different positions when I attempt to use it.Overall, this is one of the worst deals that I've ever spent on a watch and I regret this purchase. Buyer beware if you expect quality for your cost.

This watch is a beauty. It has a classic pilot's look to it with hands and markers that are bright and easy to read. The sapphire crystal is domed, which gives it the watch face nice depth. The band is soft leather but durable. And the case has a nice polish that gives it just the right shine. Overall, it is a solid piece without having to spend thousands.

This is the nicest watch I have ever had...BUT...the band is way too short. I have it on the last two holes and my wrist size is only around 7". I can't find different band size's for this watch anywhere. Why wouldn't a watch this nice have options on the band size? If you are a heavy set man, do not buy this watch unless you want to replace it with another band. Other than the band size, I love this watch! I still give it 5 stars.

Wanted a black leather band watch to add to my collection. This watch came across my sights when looking for another watch. Purchased with a gift card from Amazon. When I opened the package, it was even more beautiful than I thought it would be.If you're looking for a great gift for the man in your life, this is a good start. Oh, hopefully your man is a supporter of President Obama since this watch is a replica of the watch he wore during the 2008 inauguration. Just FYI.
