It’s really beautiful and a great size, but first the part where it clasps broke and I fixed it, but then itbroke right in the middle of the chain where I can’t replace it with something I have on hand. Too much expensive to be so fragile.

My mom ordered this necklace as a gift in 18” long, 3.75mm width. What arrived was a cheap keychain (see photo). She ordered one for herself and it was too short, so she returned it and ordered a longer one, and hers arrived and is perfect.All we ask is to receive the actual item that was ordered, or at the very least a full refund.
