However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received the necklace on March 9th and discovered that the chain has already started deteriorating after just a few days of wearing it.The description clearly stated that it was "Simons Italian 18kt Gold Over Sterling" which led me to believe that I was purchasing a high-quality piece that would last for years to come. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The chain's poor quality has not only tarnished my overall experience but also made me question the accuracy of the product description.As someone who had recommended your jewelry to three friends based on my initial satisfaction, I am now deeply disappointed and regretful. I had high hopes for this necklace, especially with its religious significance as a Miraculous Medal, but the subpar quality has overshadowed any sentimental value it may have held.I urge you to review the quality of your products and ensure that future descriptions accurately reflect the materials and durability of the items.
