Packaged in a nice neat jewelry box the necklace is giftable out of the Amazon packaging.The clasp has held up overtime and the metal has not tarnished. The actual pendant is very pretty and receives compliments often. The necklace itself is thinner so do take care not to snag it on anything or else it may break.Overall the product came as advertised and I am a happy customer!

I received my tree of life necklace by Ross and Simmons very quickly. When I opened the box I couldn't believe how BIG and beautiful it was. I got the earings that matched also by Ross and Simmons. I only buy Ross and Simmons Italian polished sterling silver jewelry because it doesn't tarnish and looks exactly like it is supposed to, and BETTER. I get compliments on my necklace and earrings all the time. I would HIGHLY recommend this necklace.4 weeks later: The once beautiful diamond cut leaves of the tree on my necklace turned black. I googled it and found out it was oxidation which occurs when silver comes into contact with sulfur and moisture. Right when I got the necklace I had just bought a vaporizer that you have to put a little salt in the water for it to blow out steam. I thought being close to that was what caused my necklace to oxidize. So I ordered another one and stayed away from the vaporizer. One month later, the diamond cut leaves have turned black again. I haven't had this problem with ANY of my other Ross and Simmons silver. Just the diamond cut leaves on the tree of life necklace.

I ordered this necklace for my granddaughter who was graduating college across the country. She tends to like simple jewelry and this necklace was perfect! She absolutely loved it! The only reason I withheld giving 5 stars was because there were no gift options available. The necklace arrived in a plastic bag. I was at least hoping a jewelry pouch would accompany the necklace. Disappointing but still a beautiful gift for the price.

This pendant is even prettier in person! I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day. She lost her tree of life pendant a few years ago and I'd been looking for just the right one to replace it. The two-tone really makes it stand out.
