Invicta makes great watches. I needed a blue and gold watch to wear with certain ties and shirts and found this one. Amazon offered the best price and free shipping. The watch itself is the perfect size not large and gaudy yet big enough to be stylish. The color of the blues is perfect. The blue against the gold makes a great statement. Invicta makes stylish and durable watches. They usually choose strong and accurate movements and the watches are not only well made but are more than competitively priced. I own several very expensive watches but often wear Invicta just for the fashion sense they offer. If you buy this one.. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

I would definitely dub myself an watch aficionado. Having a rather varied collection, along styles and price points, I have to say that Invicta is one of my fave brands. They tend to cater not only to those willing to spend thousands on a watch but also to those who cannot but want the same feel, style, and function. As someone who can teeter on both ends of the spectrum, I love a watch that is able to look pricey for well under $100.This particular model will quickly become one of my faves. It is just the right face diameter without being too overwhelming and the blue hue against the gold makes it "pop" like no other. It is definitely akin to one of my favorite Rolexes I have seen.I have read others complain about a certain "ruddiness" around the face of the watch but I didn't see that in my watch at all. Others have also complained about the wear of the gold but I suspect I won't have that issue as I tend to cycle my watches constantly (having a rather extensive collection). We have to remember that for this price point we are getting gold-plated and wear is inevitable.I think that for the price point, this is an absolutely stunning watch. I would recommend it to any who really enjoy watches.

I ordered the Invicta to have a less expensive "spare watch" for my Rolex. I had read Amazon reviews about Invicta and others in this price range. They were horror stories with watches DOA. hands and stems falling off, crystals fogging, etc, etc. So I went to the more expensive watches (eg: Omega, Breitling, etc.) Guess what! Their reviews were just as horrible, although fewer apparently because of the price. I came back to the Invicta, and so far it has been fine-nothing has fallen off, but if it does, at least it cost $75 and not $7500. But beware: it is large and heavy. I'm over 6' and 200 lbs, and it still looks big and will take some getting used to. But it is beautiful and so far has kept accurate time and all the "complications" have worked fine.

My first watch purchase on Amazon... and it probably won't be my last. I heard nice things about Invicta but never tried on one. I took a flier on this while it was gold boxed. I wanted a gold watch. The blue offset fit my accent style for a nice timepiece for a business professional. The build quality, presentation and weight were all impressive. Most people think I paid closer to the ~$700 MSRP tag that was on it, then I really did. I keep quiet though if they ask! I like being the froogle one occasionally. Now I do it in style.I did have to use my small screw driver kit and mini hammer to adjust the links myself. It took a lot longer than my Bulova, that after Macy's made an adjustment, I went back and fixed myself. Unless your wrist is the size of my ankle, out of the box this won't fit. I would suggest using a kit or taking it to a jewelry store if you don't know what you are doing or are afraid to hammer it!I can't comment on water-proofness or a lot of the added dials/features. I just wear and enjoy. Overall, a nice price for a great watch. This would make a good gift for any guy or yourself, like I did for myself. I hope this helps.

I don't usually write reviews, but this watch deserves one. This is my second favorite Invicta, and I have researched hundreds of them. The pictures do not do the colors justice. The colors are much nicer than what you see online. The watch is a nice medium-large size, and is a good size for my average 7" wrist. The only thing I had a little time adjusting to was the metallic blue/aluminum blue/beer can blue color on the outer dial. The color looks different under different lighting, but most of the time it was fine. All-in-all this is a very sharp looking and functioning watch, at a good price.

Just received the watch today and it is more than I hoped for. The quality is very nice, it's heavy but not too heavy. This was a great value and so worth it. I just can't get over just how nice it is.

I have received a lot of positive comments on this watch. It is a great looking watch at a great price, for an Invicta. One of my co-workers bought the exact same watch after seeing mine. I also bought this watch last week for my oldest son who is extremely pleased with the way it looks. He said he already received two compliments in the very first day he wore the watch.Definitely worth the money and a great looking piece. I had to get three links removed and my co worker and son also had to have links removed because of the length of the band.A recommended buy at the current price!6/25/2014: Nice looking watch when new. However, finish wears off quickly on the band around and near the clasp from occasional wear.
