Every year we decorate the tree and just use our standard ornaments, which we will still put up, but this year I wanted to include something different. We have our family trees that shows where our ancestors came from. I decided to buy ornaments that represent those countries/regions and include them on the tree. My mother is from Germany, as is her entire family, and my dads fathers side was from Germany as well so I bought this to represent that part. It's beautiful and lightweight so it won't weigh down the limbs. It's going to look great next to the rest of our ornaments. I can't wait to put the tree up.
