I am disappointed with this item because when I received it, large sections of the chain were discolored. The charm itself appears to be okay, however I have not yet been able to wear the item because the blackish discoloration of the chain is very noticeable. I plan to try and clean it and I am hoping this resolves the issue. I did not bother trying to return it because of all the trouble that I'd have to go through.
