This was much smaller than I expected. Not to mention it was clearly used. It was dirty and had scratches all over the mirror. So it feels as if it was a used & returned item and somehow got shipped to me. Luckily, I had enough time to reorder another one in time for Mother's day. Even though that one didn't look quite new either but it was in better shape than the first one. My mom accepted it without complaints and began using it right away. Even though she claims she'll need more since the size is very small. I gave it 4 stars because the ease of return & replacement wasn't too terrible.
