The diamond is the male piece that goes into stud and then screws in. Making it super tight and doesn't losen up so easy. I had to have help to unscrew the gem, but once I got it off it was easy to put on and it hasn’t budged since! It’s cute and perfect if you don’t know how long bar you need!

to anyone wondering these labrets are screw ins, not push pins. and if you’re using a thread needle as a guide the labret doesn’t reach the distance of the smaller needle in the thread.

These Monroe piercing earrings aren’t good quality I don’t like the top screw on stud it doesn’t tighten and it falls out all of the time I actually hurt my teeth eating the piercing came out and I bite the metal part definitely do not recommend these products.
