Necklace was shipped in a small box and was shipping a bubble mailer. Nicely constructed necklace. The letter charm is chunky but that is not a bad thing. Have no issues working the clasp for the necklace aside from the usual just awkwardness. Overall, I am happy I purchased the necklace and would suggest it as a nice gift for someone come the holidays.

Bought one for each of our daughters and our oldest wears hers ALLLLL the time. The packaging was cool for it too. The middle part of the case is almost like a thick Saran Wrap? But it holds the necklace in place no natter which way you have it turned/held. You press in on the front middle part of the black and then pull open, so it doesn’t open easily to the point that it could fall out on accident if you toss it in your purse or something - you won’t have to worry about that and it getting all tangled up. When you close it it snaps/latches closed - again, ensuring it doesn’t just pop open.Definitely recommend!
