I love this pendant. The addition of the rose gold color on the initial itself is very pretty and highlights it so that's where your eyes go when looking at it. I do not take my necklace off very often...I sleep and shower with it on. I have had no issues with any part getting tarnished or turning green. I am not using the chain it came with for 2 reasons: 1) I like a longer chain (20-24 inches) and this is only 18 inches max; and 2) I do not like the cut/design of the chain. It just seems flimsy to me. I have a box chain that I use for all of my pendants, so I just slid this off of the included chain and added to my existing one. Overall, I'm am very happy with this piece.
