The tie clip is decent looking and seems like it will hold up, although I'm concerned it may get some sort of oxidation sooner than later in our humid climate, we'll see how quality stainless steel it really is but the finish on it makes me doubtful. Make sure you check the measurements, it will only reach about halfway across a regular tie but will pretty fully cover a skinny tie. The initial is a fun detail. Haven't used the cuff links yet but they seem like they will work okay.

This is a nice set. The initial on it is engraved on it and not just printed. They are easy to install on your clothing. They are giftable too, they came in a nice gift box.

They are good cufflink. They match well with straight black ties. However, you can really get away with any color tie with these cufflinks and tie clip. Because, it is a neutral color.

First, I don't wear tie pins. I got this for the cufflinks. The cufflinks are really nice, simple, elegant and reasonably priced. The anchor backing is a little stiff at first but that's a good thing as it will be less likely to come undone. The face of the cufflinks are polished to a lustrous shine. They are metal and appear to be anodized but I am not sure. It does not appear to be a cheap paint job. The monogram appears to be metallic gold. I don't know if that is real gold or some sort of paint or applied finish. But it LOOKS like gold and that adds to the attractiveness. If these were available in an old English style font I would have bought them. Against a white fabric shirt these contrast very nicely, they really stand out. Against a dark background they are much more subtle. I would love to see this pattern in a tie pin rather than die bar/clip. No matter, I have a brother who wears tie bars so perhaps next summer I will make it a birthday gift. We both have the same initial.At first I thought it was a little small but I took out my micrometer and checked and the size advertized is exactly what you get. Perhaps if they photographed it next to a penny or dime it would be more obvious. I would not have minded if it was slightly larger. That said, my criticism is too trivial to take away any stars.

The tie clip and the cufflinks are always a nice set to have. Especially personalized as these are. They're not over the top or gaudy.Tie clip is a light metal and he cufflinks are sturdy enough. Stainless Steel. The lettering is not engraved, they appear to be printed onto the pieces. It may eventually come off, as I see that the pieces aren't enameled. Nothing covering the letters, so they could be damaged or fade over time. We will see.Nothing bad at all. The tie clip is made for a skinny tie. I don't have a lot of them but it should look nice on the ones I do have.

This set looks extremely classy. I got the darker ones and they look great. Everything feels very nice and quality. I am not worried about them falling apart or breaking
