The chains were pretty decent quality. They look and feel like stainless steel. The shorter chain was thick and had a heaviness to it. The chain with the letter pendant was a bit lighter but still felt like real stainless steel. The initial pendant comes off the chain in case you want to wear it alone. I got it as a gift for my teenage son and he loved it!

I can definitely say that I was skeptical about these chains but they look way better in person and don’t have that cheap look to it. They are not to heavy and I like them paired with my other necklaces as a layered look.
