The media could not be loaded. I purchased this little keepsake box to put some of my husband's items in, that I will be sealing in his urn box with his ashes. Although this is a little smaller than I thought it was and I can only fit his wedding bands in there, it turns out to be the perfect size for what I needed for. It cute, and I would buy again if the need arises.

Very nice boxes for gifts or treasures. These cost a little more than others that look similar, but I tried those as well and the appearance and build quality was much more consistent with these than the others.

I think i bought this for $8 about 5 years ago. I use it for keepsakes. Its super cute, but not very study and only ok materials. But hey for $8 it works.

The materials used to make this box are cheap, but if you take good care of it, then it will likely last for a long time. I bought the "hieroglyphics" style. I'm not sure what the characters actually are (ancient Chinese?)—I don't think they're Egyptian, but I'm no expert. For the money, this is a very nice little box!

I ordered these as gifts to hold trinkets, etc. I'd saved from my children's childhood days. They're cute boxes with clever design but the wood is rough (slivers if you run your finger along any finish) and the stain (?) is not applied neatly (totally missing on the side of one box). Not sure it it stained wood...maybe paint as my fingers were red after holding one box to fill it. I'm disappointed. Doubt they'll hold up to the test of time and use.

I'm so glad I disregarded the negative reviews for some of these little chests/trunks/boxes and ordered this one because the one I received is well-made & just perfect to display w/my shades of beige & brown ITOMTE standing gnome/tomte holding a sack between his little hands. It's finished inside & out, the hinges work well, and the lock works easily. I chose the model w/hieroglyphics on it because hieroglyphics are something you don't see every day, just like gnomes. It's so nicely made that I can very easily recommend this one w/o reservation.

I purchased this as a trinket box for my 8 year old grandson and it is absolutely adorable! At only about 3 inches, it is the perfect size to hold a few collectable coins or rings. ( and keep them safe from siblings and pets! ) The little latch opens and closes perfectly. I was a tiny bit disappointed in the top because I was expecting it to be more sturdy than it is. It is a minor thing so...Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
