Works well and since it’s titanium my ear has stopped getting infected! Stainless steel used to bother my ear terribly.In the middle of the earring there is a part that pokes out, but cannot really be seen... I think that’s what holds the earring on. It isn’t as quality made as it looks in the photos, but it’s about what I expected. I think it’s cute and so do others! It seems pretty sturdy too. Buy if you need a staple piece to add to your “earscape” !
