These earrings came in a cute little box, individually packaged in little baggies. None of them were damaged, dirty, or mismatched. They all came in the right size. They are nice and lightweight, so they don't make your lobes sag like the glass ones do. They are my favorite gauges. My only complaint is that they were shipped the day after they were promised to be delivered, but that's more a complaint about the seller than it is about the product. Overall I definitely do not regret my purchase!

no evidence of the missing piece so clearly a quality control issue. Don't buy these if you expect them all to be as advertised. I would get a refund but I already wore these and also it's not worth the effort to send them back since they're so cheap
