I loved this piece as the quality was outstanding. I could not get into my piercing because the hole on my nose had grown too small. I had to go to professional piercer and get new piercing. When it heals I should reorder. I did return but regret that I did. Would like to switch it out when this piercing heals. I prefer authentic diamond and 14K gold. Once I get it in my piercer said it won't come out.
