E xtra Force: Please don't wear when sleeping. These tasseled hoops are delicate so it is easy to deform / crush your them.
Wear and Tear: T ake your hoops off when you are working out or perspiring, also avoid prolonged wear. It can cause erosion.

The metal parts are delicate and can bend. And the fringe can get matted and twisted. But if you are careful in your storage of jewelry they will be fine.
