This entire transaction was a nightmare. It took almost two weeks to arrive, when it finally did the necklace would sit flat initially and whenever I leaned over or anything it would not be flat when I would sit back down. The return process was a nightmare as well,had to do USPS, and was notified I may be charged for restocking fee and return shipping. This is hardly a good experience on Amazon and far from typical.
