It took some figuring to get my rings on this while wearing but I finally did it. Slide your ring between the two loops of the pendant and bring it down and around and up the other side of the pendant back to the loops. This places the rings on the pendant, hanging secured in the front. Do it again to remove it. The filigree part will pass through the rings if done correctly.
