It says it is- def real gold, gorgeous for a light weight charm- and for the price can’t beat it … just get a 1inch or so extender then clasp size isn’t an issue and you get slight length so ensure no popping or issues getting on-and prob don’t sleep in it…should last forever that way- and so far so good for me personally!

The above picture is the 1mm 20 inch necklace. I bought the pendant on a necklace from the same company a few years back, but after daily wearing the chain on the original broke. It was about the .5mm 22 inch. Honestly since I never take it off I think it held up quite well. I’m very happy with my gift. When it breaks I’ll update my review.

I am really surprised that no one has said this from what I saw in research before purchasing. This necklace is incredibly hard to put on. The ends are tiny and it is extremely hard to open. A pieced of the clasp has already come off of it somehow. I decided it just doesn't make sense to take off.Other than that it is a fine necklace. I spent $4 on 2 year insurance only to find in the box that the chain is guarantee, I believe for life. I recommend not purchasing the additional insurance.Over all very nice, dainty, delicate and worth the money. I have been wearing it for about 1 month with no issues other than the difficulty taking it on and off and the small piece that has somehow come off from the clasp. I won't return it unless something else comes off.

This was actually a nice chain, for about 7 months. I thought it felt strong for such a thin chain and it didn’t get tangled up. But last week it broke when I was taking off my shirt. Sad because it was pricey.

I never take this necklace off unless it’s for a medical procedure, which means I wear it in the shower and the swimming pool. This necklace is just as strong and lustrous as the first time I opened the box. I have accidentally tugged on this thing as I reposition my shirt collar and the clasp is firm.
