So pleased that these are the size I ordered. It is very difficult -- and risky -- to order an item like this online from simply a picture; you never know what size you'll end up with. I've had to return 4 pair of posts that were not the size I ordered, despite the fact that the sellers claimed otherwise. Just to be sure, I took a pair to a local jeweler who measured them with a little tool he has for that purpose -- I watched him -- and, sure enough, they were much smaller. The minute I opened these up, I knew they were, in fact, 8mm. And I'm delighted with them. They're lovely, and I feel good in them. I highly recommend this jeweler.

My very favorite earrings are my 9mm 14K gold ball stud earrings. My grandkids ask if I only have one pair of earrings. :) No, I have many pairs but these are the ones I wear almost daily because they are the perfect size for me, are comfortable, and they go with almost everything. After 5 years of wear, the post started detaching at the ball. I contacted the Honolulu Jewelry Company and explained the issue. The Customer Service Representative (Tara) told me to send the earrings back and they would send a replacement, which they did. I am very pleased with the Honolulu Jewelry Company's stellar customer service, communication, and their willingness to stand behind its products! Thank you, Honolulu Jewelry Co., you are a breath of fresh air; more companies need to follow your lead!

I really like these 9mm gold stud earrings. They are just the right size - not too big and not too small. They have a very nice presence and you can clearly see them even with my longer hair. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the clutches that were included. They are so so small that you cannot put them on the back of the earring. I tried several times and they would fall out of my fingers. I have thin fingers so that is not the issue. The clutch is just too small for these posts. If the clutch was large enough to securely hold the earring, this would have been a 5 star review.

These are exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something very small since I have multiple piercings. I ordered the 2mm balls, and they are exactly the look I wanted. Please note, they are very small. I wanted small, but when I opened the box they looked REALLY small. However, on my ears they are just right. In the picture, they are the ones in the center of the 3 on my lobe. I like this super small size so much that I will order more for my upper lobe. Please note that the post is shorter than on some of my other earrings. I like this since I'm planning to keep them in, but if you like or need a longer post they may not work.I chose this look for something subtle for everyday wear. My upper lobe is very sensitive, so I like that these are light weight and 14k gold.

These are great for an elder that has pierced ears. They can leave them in all the time. The short post does not make them uncomfortable to sleep in.

I think this was a pretty good purchase but just a caution, these are super lightweight and hollow. I think they were packaged well and when i recieved them they looked new and had a 14k stamp on the backs - they came in a cute little rosy pink box though the quality of the box is pretty cheap. I'd probably repackage it before gifting. I got 5mm, not super small, but not too big and clumsy looking. The one thing i dont like is that the earrings dont feel super secure. I mean, they arent about to fall out of my ears but they would probably come out if you took your shirt off really rough or something or if you slept badly. Anyway, i didnt pay much though so it's okay for what i got.Edit: the earrings did not fall out and are still holding up well 5 months later.Edit: one of the backs did fall out.

****update**** I was wrong. The below post was my initial reaction of the product. However, after using it days on end it is legit. Yes it’s from a different company but it doesn’t change colors or irritate my ears. I even held a magnet against it to test its validity. Gold cannot be pulled by magnets. It wasn’t.——-Very misleading! I assumed they would be larger and from the Honolulu company. The box is not the same as what other people received. It appears this item came from a different company called JewelStop (see image). Guess they are under the guise of the other company. I’m a bit disappointed. I guess I’ll find out if it is worth it. The Certificate of Authenticity (see image) shows if you ordered a 14K Gold item it is 58.5% pure gold. I hope I can provide an update.
