Very lovely religious necklace! The design is intricate and looks more expensive than it costs. The detailing is done well and the glossy gold plating resembles fine jewelry. I especially appreciate the engraved back with the comforting message.The chain is impressive as well. The ability to adjust the length is a plus. It boasts a large and easy to open lobster claw clasp that secures the chain around the neck. This necklace has decent weight to it which I love.As far as the plating, it's too soon to tell how well it will hold up with continued wear, but right now it's a piece I'm very happy with.This beautiful necklace arrives in a drawstring velvet-like pouch which is perfect for safe keeping as well as gifting. This pendant is, sadly, nowhere near the one inch diameter stated in the description. It's much smaller, and so, unfortunately, the image is difficult to see without peering at it close-up. The image is also not as crisp as one would like. I love the inscription on the back, which is why I chose this for my wife, but of course that's tiny too. The chain is pretty and the small gold beads along the chain add interest; a nice touch. Overall, this would be a gorgeous necklace if it was the size stated.

The quality is great on this chain, and it also came in a gift box that was ready to gift no problem. The text on the medallion is clearly read-able and feels like it's going to last with no issues.
