Overall good quality. The horeshoes shapes are sadly too small. The twisty(?) ones, no matter how I tried, will not go in symmetrical. It's as if you're supposed to have a right one and a left one, and you're given two right ones. The square(?) shaped ones are my favorite and fit nicely.

these aren't made for small lips. they're externally threaded. and I have one stuck on my lip that I'll probably have to cut off with pliers. just don't buy them

Seeing other reviews that bought 5/16" (8mm) I erred on the side of caution and bought the 3/8" (10mm)There's a photo of them with a quarter. I like them and have worn them all and they all fit me just fine. The post doesn't really show and they don't get in the way of me talking. I'm giving it four stars because all of the black piercings rubbed paint onto my lips... 😬 However, that's fine with me because I only bought them for the silver jewelry. I don't really like the way black jewelry looks on me. No irritation with the material at all and I've had them for nearly a month already. Just make sure you're cleaning them when you take them out and put them in :)

The other two pierces of jewelry fit here, but the circular barbells are too small for my snakebite piercings. I ended up using them for my ears instead. Love the variety style of these, and that they come with a lot of spikes. The black doesn’t come off even after days of wear inside my mouth!

I have a few that were missing the balls and some I couldn’t even use because they wouldn’t unscrew. Sucks because they are really cute
